Preventive Maintenance Agreements
Naviant Preventive Maintenance Agreements (PMAs) are the best form of insurance to keep your scanners and micrographics equipment running at peak efficiency. Regular checks and servicing reduce equipment downtime, help you avoid unnecessary and expensive repairs, and assist in your budget process!
PMAs through Naviant cover both scheduled onsite preventive maintenance visits, as well as onsite remedial calls per twelve month term. These visits include inspection, cleaning, full performance diagnostics with necessary adjustments, lubrication of all assemblies as required, and replacement of components as necessary.
