Account Executive - Madison WI

Position Background

Naviant, Inc. is currently expanding our sales team and is searching for a qualified and experienced solution-focused sales professional with a personal history of exceptional accomplishments in ECM/Solution sales. This position will focus on creating new revenue opportunities with prospective customers, developing immersion opportunities with current customers, and conducting ongoing account and territory management activities. Naviant is currently looking for talented professionals with the skills and competencies required to provide our clients with the high level of service and support they expect and appreciate. This position is  based out of Naviant Corporate Headquarters in Madison WI, with frequent travel to Prospect and Customer locations.

Position Highlights

  • To expand Naviant’s existing business through effective account management, and cost efficient identification of net-new and account penetration revenue opportunities
  • To meet and exceed revenue targets through professional and ethical business practices
  • To professionally enhance customer care and relationships while driving strategic revenue growth

Background & Educational Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of professional sales and account management experience
  • Experience in “solution” selling with a focus on combining discrete product solutions with professional services, and/or consulting services
  • Successful track-record of creating and expanding new business opportunities
  • Consistently exceeds revenue goals attaining top 20% of sales
  • Experience in developing and expanding business within an assigned territory containing Fortune-level and large regional accounts
  • Dedication to diagnostic / consultative selling approach
  • Ability to foster and maintain relationships with all levels of an organization at operational and senior executive levels
  • PC literate with experience using Microsoft Office suite, the Internet, CRM, and ECM software
  • Four year degree preferred

Compensation

  • Base salary plus incentive commissions
