2012 Conference Details

The 2012 OnBase Training & Technology Conference will be held September 16th through 21st at The Gaylord Palms in Orlando FL. Below is preliminary pricing information; don't delay in adding this incredible learning experience to your budget!

The 2012 OnBase Training & Technology Conference is open to all current and prospective OnBase users and business partners. Included in the conference registration fee is:

• more than 160 classes and training sessions;
• the vendor expo;
• five (5) daily breakfast buffets;
• five (5) daily lunch buffets;
• Sunday's Welcome Reception;
• Monday's Dinner;
• Wednesday's Dinner;
• and Thursday's Dinner.

Conference Agenda

Hyland's OTTC has three “programs,” and attendees can choose which program best suits their learning needs: Sunday through Wednesday; Sunday through Friday and Thursday/Friday only.

Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday include the following each day: breakfast, general session, product and technical breakout sessions, lunch, Vendor Expo, end-user-driven case study sessions, and the following three-hour tracks, with at least two classes per track: business-oriented, technical (beginner to intermediate), technical (intermediate to advanced) and industry. Monday and Wednesday both conclude with Hyland’s famous evening networking activities while Tuesday is the free night.

Thursday and Friday are the pure training days, with three (3) eight-hour classes and eight (8) four-hour classes each day. Many classes are hands-on labs, and all classes are designed to provide a deeper technical education than can be found in the Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday sessions. Breakfast and lunch are included on Thursday and Friday, while dinner is included on Thursday only as the conference ends at 5:00 on Friday.
